The Gateway Family Survey Needs You!

Thank you Kindergarten class for having the highest percentage of parent responses!  You "Rule the School!"

We are truly wanting everyone's feedback. We ask all families to participate in the survey.

Please log on and fill out the survey now.  Five minutes from now you will feel better and we will have the feed back we need to make important decisions about the school.

Thank you,

Gateway Board of Trustees

International Spring Celebration

Thank you to all who helped make this year's International Day a success!  Special thanks to: Tom Tobin, Alex Armstrong, Neli Mashian, Rupsa Bhattacharya, Shiva Hurvitz, Naomi Bendiner Woldemar, the 8th graders, and Nicole Ciocca (Life Lab intern).

IMAGINE Auction Gala

THANK YOU to all of the parents who helped make this year's auction such a success! A special thank you to our lead volunteers: Michele Brady, Christina Falco, Christie Hausmann, Denise Lee and Lisa Ortiz, and to Abra Allan, Joanna Blattberg, Rachel Conable, Jessica Delgado, Katie Fitzgerald, Joanna Manoff, and Karen McCormick for their roles in helping create such a stellar evening with great music and entertainment, stunning decorations, and fabulous class projects.  Many other parents helped and we are compiling the list to share our appreciation of them in next week's newsletter.

If you won an item in the on-line auction, you should have received an email detailing that. Items can be picked up starting today at 2 pm through Friday 4/8 in the Development Office.

Donate to support Mindfulness training

At our Auction event on Saturday the final item in the Live auction was our Fund-a-Need for Mindfulness training. Funds raised support the 8 week in-classroom training which is happening right now with Mindful Schools trainers in all our K-8 classrooms, and some additional faculty training this summer and fall.  If you missed the chance to support the training on Saturday, you can make a tax deductible donation of any amount by writing a check or donating on-line.  Click here for links (in the green "post-it" box) about Mindfulness practice at Gateway https://www.gatewaysc.org/about/index.html
