Dear Gateway Family,

As you probably know, Gateway School is  co-sponsoring a local showing of the acclaimed documentary, Race to Nowhere at the Rio Theater tonight at 7pm.

Online tickets are sold out.  If you would like to attend, we have 14 tickets left in our Main Office.  Please come to the Main Office TODAY if you are interested in reserving a ticket.  If you have already reserved a ticket online, be sure to print it out (you should have received a confirmation email with a ticket attached) and bring it with you to the showing.  There will not be tickets available at the door, but if there are no-shows, we will be able to let people in at the door on a first-come first-served basis starting at 7pm.  Doors open at 6:30 pm.

In lieu of an entrance fee for viewing this film, we are asking attendees to support our local "Stuff the Bus" initiative.  Stuff the Bus provides school supplies to economically disadvantaged children in our area.  One of our Gateway 8th grade students, Blake Rovai, will be collecting the donations on their behalf.  You can bring any of the following items:  Pens & Pencils, Crayons & Colored Pencils, 3-Ring Binders, Dividers & Paper, Rulers & Calculators, Spanish/English Dictionaries or Backpacks (no shades of red or blue please).

Here is a link to read more about the film. http://www.racetonowhere.com/
