SPRING BLOSSOMS
As we enter this season of renewal, growth and colorful new blooms, we knew that we had to introduce you to Baby Liv. We think you will delight in viewing her video.  Watch her curiosity, attention and playfulness! Is she learning to roll over or is she doing an Awareness Through Movement lesson? Maybe you will see yourself in Baby Liv. The video is only three minutes and it's pure joy.
We hope Baby Liv will inspire you to renew yourself in our spring series of weekly classes and Sunday workshops. One of our students described our workshops as "Feldenkrais plus" - an opportunity to explore something new or in a deeper way. This spring, discover the "plus" with Marilyn, who adds a roller to find freedom and flexibility; or with Barbara, who helps you to "Dance Like Water." Sharon is offering an afternoon of exploration with "The Eyes and Tongue as Leaders of the Body" and Oliver helps you put more spring in your step with the "Barefoot Runner!"
All of our A.T.M. classes and workshops are wonderful opportunites to refresh and open yourself for the new life that spring brings.

FELDENKRAIS WEEK May 4-12
Did you ever want to introduce the Feldenkrais Method® to someone you care about? In honor of the birth of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, practitioners nation-wide are inviting those who have not experienced Awareness Through Movement classes to a complimentary class any day from May 4 to 12.
We invite you to bring a friend, relative or loved one to class. Pre-registration is required. Simply call or email the teacher whose class your guest will be attending. Click here for faculty contact list.

CLASS SCHEDULE
A.T.M. classes are offered on a weekly basis, Monday through Sunday, and last 45 to 60 minutes.
They are offered in a series of 7 weekly classes for $120, or $25 for a single class. (Pro-rated fees are available for those students joining the series after the first week.)

FACULTY SIGHTINGS
| Here's what some of our faculty have been up to in addition to the classes and workshops they are offering at the Center.
Marcy Lindheimer
Marcy will celebrate spring in NYC, Chicago and San Rafael. First, at the end of April, she'll co-teach the 6th segment of the ABM Basic Training in California. Then a quick trip to Chicago in the middle of May to work with children from several states in the midwest. A cause for much celebration this spring is the release of Anat Baniel's new book, Kids Beyond Limits. This book will very likely revolutionize the way therapists and parents work with their special needs children.
Scott Fraser
During April, Scott will be teaching an Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method to students at the N.Y.U. Tisch School of Dance.
