We at the Feldenkrais Learning Center are grateful to our clients for their trust in us and in the Feldenkrais Method ® as a tool for growth and profound change. It is truly a joy to see the shifts in our students that open doors to improving the quality of their lives. We hope you are enjoying your time with family and friends during Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa or whatever you are celebrating this holiday season!

This time of year finds many of us reflecting on where we've been and what we look forward to in the New Year. We at the Learning Center are very excited about the coming year of classes and workshops and look forward to sharing these with you. Feel free to spread the word by forwarding this newsletter!

We invite you to watch this 50-minute video of our teacher and mentor, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, explaining the Method at a CERN conference circa 1981.

70 participants will continue in the training process, working towards becoming fully certified in the Anat Baniel Method for Children.
