"Thank you for the powerful workshop! During these three hours, under the highly informed and exquisitely graceful guidance of the Feldenkrais Learning Center's teacher, I felt as if I had quietly, yet powerfully, accessed some of the deepest places in my body and spirit and was able to integrate these subtle elements of incremental change toward a more authentic sense of being. It was truly transformational!
Thank you!
"

LIVING HEALTHILY

WITH EMBODIED AWARENESS

As you will discover in this month's featured article, Moshe Feldenkrais On Health: Recovering Integrity and Dignity by Russell Delman, Moshe Feldenkrais measured the health of an individual by the "degree of shock a system can absorb and recover its integrity." By re-connecting with our innate inner resources, we can rely on our own ability to recover from life's insults, moment by moment! As this very wintry winter proceeds, let us help you to ensure your good health and well-being into the year ahead.

Our coming Sunday afternoon workshops will help you to nurture strength and wisdom by learning how to further cultivate your awareness of yourself in action: running with your whole body; finding your voice; bringing mindfulness to your parenting; exploring your "ideal" posture; and moving with fluidity and grace.

Our sitting and walking meditation class allows you to listen in silence with others, and to cultivate the inner peace needed to meet whatever arises in life.

We hope that you will join us for a workshop, or one of the many Awareness Through Movement classes we offer, where personal attention in a supportive environment can lead you to a richer appreciation of your potential for healthy living.
