SPRING CLEARING!
Spring is a time when we often feel a call to new life, to opening up to new things, coming out from under the restraints of winter, as well as the restraints we unconsciously cause ourselves.
As adults, how can we recapture some of the spontaneity, playfulness and aliveness that we felt as children? How can we feel safe enough to try things that might not succeed, and enjoy them anyway?
Please read Dr. Daniel J. Siegel's article on The Science of Mindfulness, and Erin Ferguson's article on How Change Happens and come to some of our classes and workshops where you are guaranteed to experience letting go of some old habits in safety, and discovering new possibilities lying just below the surface.
In our spring workshops you will learn to FIND FREEDOM AND POWER IN YOUR PELVIS, discover the INTELLIGENCE OF YOUR HANDS, learn to STAND TALL, and for everyone, but especially for those of you new to the Feldenkrais Method, you can experience the MAGIC OF FELDENKRAIS.
Whether you come to a class, a workshop, or a private lesson, we hope you'll join us this spring and let us help you clear the winter cobwebs out of your system!
