outdoors is often not an enjoyable option. This winter we invite you to enroll
in a series of classes and workshops at the Feldenkrais� Learning Center to discover a scientifically
proven way to be more flexible and efficient in your own movement.

In our classes
we offer a dynamic approach to improving flexibility and increased range of
motion. You will discover that
engaging in small and easy movement with attention can warm you up and get you
ready for anything you would like to do - from walking to running, to playing a
musical instrument, or just simply enjoying your daily tasks.
