After living a life of constant pain, I am now pain-free and powerful, thanks to your classes. I'm relaxed after yoga but transformed after Feldenkrais. I can't imagine my life without the classes at the Feldenkrais Learning Center. The classes really are one of New York's greatest secrets!

FEATURED ARTICLE |
TO STRETCH OR NOT TO STRETCH? Fundamental to the Feldenkrais Method is our brain's ability to grow and create new neurological patterns. At the time of Dr. Feldenkrais' initial discoveries, the adult brain was considered to be fixed and immutable. Today, scientists are exploring the plasticity of the brain and our ability to continue growing throughout our lifetime.
Our featured article recently appeared in the Health section of The New York Times.
