FALL INTO A FABULOUS ROUTINE . . .
Sign up for the Fall I series of A.T.M.® classes!

Are you looking for
  • an approach to exercise that produces tangible results?
  • a way to exercise that relieves aches and pains?
  • an intelligent way to exercise while recovering from an injury?
Exercise is an important part of maintaining health but often does not relieve chronic pain and limitations. The Feldenkrais Method® is an effective way to overcome pain and discomfort because it teaches you how to move efficiently and easily. The added bonus is that you will learn how to relieve stress and create vitality.

Speaking of exercise...
Our featured article comes from the weekly WELL section of The New York Times and challenges the way we traditionally think about exercise. Check out this interesting approach to exercise and 'core abs.'

Classes at the Feldenkrais Learning Center enable you to be in the forefront of this cultural shift towards a more intelligent way to move. Weekly classes and Sunday workshops are available. This season's workshop series starts with The Magic of Feldenkrais - an ideal choice if you are new to the Method!
