Eat. Drink. And Be Merry.
Last year around this time we included an article about healthy eating and strategies to avoid that extra weight that seems to sneak up on all of us this time of year. Enough of that.

The holiday season comes only once a year, and as such should be a time of much joy and celebration. Our best advice to you comes from a friend's wall on Facebook:

Holiday Eating Tips After Years of Careful Observation. LISTEN UP!

1. Avoid carrot sticks. Anyone who puts carrots on a holiday buffet

AND DON'T MISS OUR ANNUAL HOLIDAY FOOD EXTRAVAGANZA at the shop, Saturday, December 24th, 11-2pm!! Stop by and see us. Eat. Drink. And Be Merry!

Happy Holidays!
