For two weeks this month, Junior Achievement hosted an intern from Harpeth Hall School for the school's Winterim term. Ugo Ananaba, a junior, spent her time at JA exploring marketing and events, classroom programs, and JA BizTown. This month, we bring you Ugo's reaction to her Junior Achievement experience.
Dear Junior Achievement Supporters,

My JA experience is one I will never forget. Interning at Junior Achievement reinforced the importance of doing well in school, so that you will be prepared for the real world. JA opened my eyes to all the possible career choices, and how school equips you with the skills to take on these professional opportunities. JA also teaches you the value entrepreneurship has both in your life and in your community. My internship placement fit me perfectly. Junior Achievement is for every student, no matter what age. Even if you are uncertain of the professional path you want to take, JA teaches you skills that are applicable to any job. I am so thankful there is an organization like JA, to teach you the significance of owning your success, and also reaching your full potential. Junior Achievement has encouraged me to be independent and responsible with my studies and school work, and inspired me to always strive for excellence. Sincerely,
Ugo Ananaba Student Intern, Harpeth Hall School |
