 On behalf of the JA staff, Board of Directors, and thousands of JA students, I would like to wish you and your family a happy holiday and thank you for all that you are doing to inspire 31,000 students this school year in Middle Tennessee.
2010 has been a great year and that is because of the time, energy, efforts, and resources that you offered to JA. The message of success that you are helping to deliver in classrooms, in JA BizTown, and through Job Shadow experiences will make a lasting impression on our young people, igniting their passion for business and creating a strong sense of economic responsibility.
Entrepreneurship education, workforce readiness skills, and personal finance capabilities are vital tools that our students need to compete in today's job market. By showing students the connection between skills learned in the classroom and real world situations, students see how important a strong education is. Through financial support and volunteer hours, thousands of individuals like you are uniting to ensure that our students are well equipped to survive and thrive in today's work force.
