Get the answers to these questions and more at the joint, Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island Disaster Preparedness Expo from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13 at the IOP Public Safety Building at 30 J.C. Long Boulevard. Hot dogs and drinks will be free. An inflatable slide, coloring, and facepainting will be available for children. Stewards of Children Training, 8:30-11:30 a.m., Saturday, June 9 at IOP Exchange Club
"Stewards of Children" is a prevention training program that teaches adults how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Register at no charge by emailing the IOP Exchange Club. Breakfast and registration begin at 8:30 a.m. The workshop runs from 9:00-11:30 a.m on Saturday, June 9 at the Isle of Palms Exchange Club. |
