Turtle nesting season is here!  To protect turtles and hatchlings from getting disoriented, City of Isle of Palms Ordinance 5-4-17 requires that lights be shielded from the beach or turned off from May 1-October 31.  If you see a turtle on the island, give it plenty of space and contact the turtle team.
