The City of Isle of Palms and the East Cooper Medical Center are working together at the Community Wellness Fair on Thursday, September 16 from 7:00 a.m. to noon at the Rec.  Blood work, including a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel and a Lipid Profile, is availble for $25.  Flu shots are available for $10.  Call 843-884-7031 for an appointment.  Plenty of free screenings, information and fun will able be available, including: blood pressure checks, flu updates, living wills, hand-washing demonstration, symptoms of sleeping disorder, and health care professionals of all kinds!  Click here for photos of last year's event.
