Update: 41st Avenue and Palm Boulevard
The intersection of 41st Avenue and Palm Boulevard has been the subject of an SCDOT demonstration project that created an all-way stop and closed the intersection of Cameron Boulevard and 41st Avenue.  The project's effectiveness was evaluated for more than a year, and City Council has voted to take the required steps to make the changes permanent.  The City has awarded a contract to Thomas & Hutton Engineering for design.  Once all appropriate permits have been secured, the City is hopeful that construction will be complete before the visitor season starts.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this project.
