Mark your calendars for fun, free holiday activities at the Isle of Palms Rec. Pumpkin Painting for ages 7-15 from 2:00-4:00PM on October 23, Holiday Card Drawing Contest for ages 12 and under from 4:00-6:00PM on November 12, and Holiday Craft Workshop for ages 15 and under from 4:00-6:00PM on November 19. Youth Basketball Registration Begins Monday, October 19 for Isle of Palms Residents
The popular Isle of Palms youth basketball league will open for registration for IOP residents on October 19 and for non-residents on October 26. Co-ed ages groups are 5-6, 7-8, and 9-10. Boys ages 11-12 and girls ages 11-12 can also register. Call 843-886-8294. |
 "Neon Glow" Middle School Dance from 7:00-10:00PM on November 13
Get ready for the first-ever Neon Glow Night Dance for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center from 7:00-10:00PM on Friday, November 13. Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door. DJ Keith Dillingham will be back to play more favorite hits while Charleston Jump Castle will provide bounce-house fun. Glow sticks, glow temporary tattoos and more will be given away to the first 100 participants. |
 Friday Night Hoops from 6:00-8:00PM on November 6 & 20, December 4 & 18
Practice basketball skills and fundamentals in a fun environment. Friday night hoops is open to boys and girls ages 7-12 from 6:00-8:00PM on November 6 & 20 and December 4 & 18. Cost is $10 per child. Call 843-886-8294 to register. |
