Be sure to save the dates for the upcoming 18th Annual Convention in Orlando. More information will be distributed in the coming months for this Convention in Orlando.

In an effort to be sure that all reports, packets, and Fiana Convention information are provided to it's members, we ask that everyone please make sure that your current representatives and email address' are added to the Newsletter block on the Fiana website.

If all manufacturers and distributors will be responsible for updating their own records that have changed, we are requesting that you provide a list of those changes to us no later than April 30th. From that list we can delete old names and add new company staff who will be receiving the upcoming packets from the current databases. If you have any question please let me know.

FIANA University is dedicated and focused on the continual expansion of training courses to the program.  A program that is FREE for the distributor and very inexpensive for the manufacturer.  Both parties should get more involved to improve the installation of all floor covering products with investment in the FIANA University.

A recent survey of the current distributor participants in the program report that, when asked; "Do your customers rely on you to recommend products of manufacuters?"  84% (see chart) replied ", I frequently recommend products and manufacturers"   (chart below)
