ANNUAL CONVENTION & TRADE SHOW
 Hyatt Regency Riverwalk:
The reserved
FIANA block of rooms has expired, however, the Hyatt, as of today, still has
rooms available for us at the convention rate, but they are now on a first come
first serve bases. We urge you, if not
done so yet, to make your reservation now and be sure to identify yourself with
the "Floor Installation Association". Listed below is now the current
reservation number to call;
1-800-223-1234FLOOR INSTALLATION ASSOCIATION At this time
we have approximately 30 rooms with names reserved at the Hyatt and we have not
received a convention registration form from this list. Please send in your completed registration
form for all attendees including any spouses as soon as possible. There is much Barbara and I have to do to
prepare for the convention such as print up all name badges to be ready for
your arrival. We especially need to estimate attendance for the meeting rooms,
receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and we will need your registration to do so. FIANA
welcomes spouses to San Antonio and the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk and welcome
their participation at the welcome reception on Thursday evening, breakfast and
lunch buffets, and the trade show cocktail event Friday evening as well. However, a registration form with a fee of
$195.00 for the spouse must be registered with FIANA to prepare name badges for
entry into these events. With only 16

Fiana Training Center
The Training Center will be set up
with a booth, # 307. Rebecca and Lisa
will be attending to answer all your questions regarding getting on board
either as a manufacturer or distributor.
Professional Flooring Supply (PFS)
