Excitement is building for the upcoming convention and trade show in San Antonio, September 16 - 18, 2010 by the fact that we are getting many calls asking for various convention details. Following is information that, hopefully, will answer immediate questions and assist in your planning.
For manufacturer members with reserved booths, the vendor trade show information kits from GES Exhibit Co. will be mailed out next week.
Convention registration packets have been mailed to all members . This packet does include registration forms, the program, speaker information, hotel reservation forms, etc.
As I stated in my last newsletter, this is a very popular time of the year in San Antonio and a great venue for the convention and even though we have blocked several hundred rooms, I suggest contacting the Hyatt Regency as soon as your plans are set to make a reservation prior to our block expiring to "space available" on August 16th.

FIANA is required to block a number of rooms for the convention and if registrants do not mention "Floor Installation Association" or choose to stay in another location, the association will be responsible for all the unused rooms. Please be mindful of this and reserve your rooms accordingly
