This past month at My Earth we have been looking for ways to further improve our customer service. Here are three new initiatives we will be introducing this month:
110% 60 day Money Back Guarantee
As you know My Earth have always offered a 100% 30 day money back guarantee on all website purchases.
We believe online purchase guarantees are extremely important, given it isn't always possible to view or test products prior to purchase.
However, we also recognise that returns generally involve a degree of inconvenience and additional postage charges.
Therefore we are now improving our guarantee to offer a refund of 110% of the purchase price (minus any additional postage charges), valid for a full 60 days after the purchase date.
Free Postage within Australia
We understand that while postage charges are almost inevitable when buying online, they are also a pain.
Therefore we
have removed the $120 minimum purchase requirement for free postage within Australia, and are now offering free regular postage on ALL Australian product orders.
Additionally, all orders of $50 or more in value are automatically sent via registered post, which includes insurance against loss or damage in transit (still free of charge).
For those who want to get their products faster, we have introduced an additional express postage option for a $10.00 fee.
Guaranteed Next Day Shipping
Fast shipping is an essential element of a good online shopping experience, and to prove our commitment to the fastest possible shipping service for all our customers we are now introducing a next business day shipping guarantee.
Your products will be in the post to you within 1 business day of us receiving your order.
If for any reason we are unable to ship within this timeframe - if a product is on backorder for example - we will refund 5% of the purchase price of the delayed product/s.

| Applying Blushers and Bronzers for Maximum Effect |
My Earth Mineral Blushers are great for accentuating the cheek bones and imparting a youthful rosy glow. Apply blusher with light, feathery strokes from the apple of your cheek towards your hairline.
Blusher should be applied high on the cheekbones, and avoid smiling while you apply or you will be left with colour creases that look like wrinkles around your eyes.
For a more natural look, you can use a bronzer instead of blusher, or use both simultaneously to contour your face and add depth to your look.
Depending on your facial structure and desired look, application techniques may vary to create the illusion of different contours and define facial features. My Earth Mineral Bronzers are great for contouring, as is the matte "Natural" blusher shade.
For a sunkissed look, bronzer can be dusted lightly over your cheeks, forehead, the bridge of your nose, and anywhere else the sun would normally hit. You can also dust a little over your neck and shoulders.
My Earth blushers and bronzers can also safely be used on your eyes in place of eyeshadow, or even on your lips. The My Earth long handled kabuki brush is great for applying blushers and bronzers.
