As spring returns to North America, Conscious Horse, Conscious Rider workshops are springing up all over the world for the rest of 2009.
First up is a two day workshop in St. George, UT, April 25 & 26.
If two days isn't enough to get enough horse magic for you, you might wish to consider Conscious Horse, Conscious Rider in Costa Rica May 9-15.
This 5 day class of riding horses and healing them and yourself can create amazing healing not only for horses but for participants.
In one recent classes, participants watched a horse's coat change right before their eyes as an Access body process was run.
The riding at Sueno Azul in Costa Rica is spectacular. You can ride through streams and spectacular scenery, and sometimes even herd cows.
It's an experience of honoring the horse and a sense of adventure that is not often found in more "developed" countries in the world. Even beginners who have never ridden can participate in these adventures, using the amazing clearing statements of Access.
Other 2 day classes are scheduled for Minneapolis, Minnesota September 12 & 13; outside of Dublin, Ireland, September 26 & 27; and Sunshine Coast, (Nambour) Queensland, Australia, November 26 & 27. A one day event is also planned for August in Perth, WA.
The Conscious Horse, Conscious Rider website has been completely re-designed to become a hub to be visited by horse-lovers of all kinds. It is currently featuring a contest where participants can win complimentary tuition to a 2 day Conscious Horse Conscious Rider class anywhere in the world in the next year. The six Access books by Gary and Dain were self-published because they were so controversial and different that conventional US publishers would not touch them 5 years ago.
But the times they are a-changin'.
The Money Book, Money Isn't the Problem, You Are (in a version that also included the Magic book, Magic, You ARE It, BE It) has sold nearly 1500 copies in its Italian translation with a convential Italian publisher. This has occured in less than a year! That publisher has now asked for the rights to translate and distribute this book world-wide!
A second commercial publisher has purchased the rights to publish and distribute the Sex book in Spanish (Sex is not a Four Letter Word But Relationships Oftentimes Is) in Spanish. The Money book is already available in Spanish, so this is the second book on Access available to Spanish speakers.
Dymock's, a huge bookseller in Australia, has agreed to carry all of the Access books in its store in Fremantle, Perth, Western Australia. The books will be available to be ordered from any of its stores throughout Australia.
Sara Adams has succeeded in getting articles about Access published in several publications this month. Upclose magazine has published an introduction and an article about the bars, which can be visited on its website. Click on the tab "read an issue," select the issue with summer on the cover, and you will find the introduction on page 10 and the article about the bars on page 19.
Natural Awakenings magazine in Houston also features an article about Access this month. You can see the text of the article with a photo of what it looked like in print in the article next to this one.

Is now the time for consciousness?

Greetings!
At the very amazing advanced 7 day event last week in Mission Beach, Australia, we discovered that leaders of various spiritual movements around the world are signing petitions to send to U.S. president Barack Obama. These spokespersons, who have in the past talked about spiritual subjects such as love, are now actively using the word consciousness. Could this symbolize a change in attitudes about consciousness?
Access has always been about consciousness--which has not been a popular subject for most of its 20 year history.
There are many differences between Access and what these "tried and true" spiritual leaders have been saying for years.
Access, for example, encourages us to live in the question, rather than promoting our points of view as "the answer."
Access has a huge collection of tools that actually promote consciousness in areas where we have been unconscious--making the command to "Be here now" something that is actually do-able with the Access tools.
Is now the time for you to check it out? Opportunities to use consciousness with kids, horses, and our own lives in places all over the planet are discussed in this newsletter.

Dr. Dain Heer has been invited to present Right Body for You in Sweden.
He'll be doing a weekend workshop April 18 & 19 in Stockholm, as well as a one day workshop Thursday, April 16 in Malmo, Sweden. An evening introductory event is set for Tuesday, April 15, also in Malmo.
Dain will also be presenting an i ntroduction to Access on Wednesday, April 17, in Hammenhog, Sweden, an hour from Malmo. well!
Dain will also be presenting an introductory evening of Right Riches for You with Dr. Kacie Crisp in Stockholm on Friday, April 17.At this writing we are expecting participants from all over Europe, including Russia and Poland. What can we change in the world by bringing consciousness to these places where it was not safe to say the word a generation ago? What else is possible?

You are invited to experience Foundation and Level One with the guy that created it

Once in a blue moon, every year or two or so, Access Founder Gary Douglas teaches the "basic classes," Foundation and Level One.
The truth is, they cease to become "introductory classes" the minute he steps into the room. If you have been procrastinating about taking these classes for whatever reason, is now the time for you to experience the rocket ship to consciousness?
Foundation and Level One will be offered May 22-25 in Santa Barbara, CA. Bars class is required to participate in these classes. A bars class will be offered May 21, the day before Gary's Foundation and Level One, also in Santa Barbara, by facilitators Rikka Zimmerman and Blossom Benedict.
If you'd like to get clear on your money issues at the same time, you will wish to schedule time the night before Gary's Foundation and Level One (also the evening of Blossom and Rikka's Bars class) to participate in Gary and Dain's presentation of Right Riches for You, an introduction to using the Access tools to all aspects of money. Everyone is invited to this introductory money class, regardless of whether they have done prior Access classes or not. It's Thursday night, May 21.

Access Founder Gary Douglas and his partner Dr. Dain Heer will be presenting several workshops in London, England, in May and June.
Everyone is invited to The Challenge of Change: Is Consciousness the Key to Your Survival?, an introductory workshop with Gary and Dain on Friday, May 29 at 7 p.m. ( No prior Access experience is required; everyone interested in surviving or consciousness is invited to this workshop!
Now what? A radically different approach to money and your financial life is being presented Saturday and Sunday, May 30 & 31. This workshop is also open to everyone interested in changing their financial situation. You will learn some tools here you will NOT hear anywhere else.
Levels 2 & 3 returns to England for the first time in two years the following weekend, June 5-9. Both of these classes are offered in a convenient location in London WC1 close to St. Pancras and Euston stations.
Levels 2 & 3 are a four day immersion in what might be possible for you in your life. It is such an intense and joyful experience that we have to require pre-requisites. Bars, Foundation, and Level One classes are required before you can participate in this party of consciousness.
You will have several opportunities to take these prerequisites offered by experienced facilitators. Julia Hogg, the only licensed facilitator currently living the UK, will offer Bars through Level One April 26 for Bars and May 1-4 for Foundation and Level One.
Dr. Kacie Crisp, a regular facilitator of classes in the UK though she lives in San Francisco, will be presenting the Bars through Level One series of classes May 22-26, just in time for you to participate in Gary's Levels 2 & 3 in June. These classes will be in Henley on Thames or London, depending on where the demand is greater.
Kacie will also be presenting Bars and Foundation in Cork, Ireland, May 16 & 17.
You are also invited to visit the Access booth at the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival in London May 20-24. You can meet Access facilitators and get a sample bars session at a bargain price, as well as inspect all kinds of great Access books and CDs first hand!

Body Classes Continue in Houston, TX
The large, dynamic, and growing collection of Access hands on body processes have been used to facilitate the healing of everything from warts to cancer (bladder, bone, ovarian, you name it!). The Bars is the first of the hands on Access body processes. Learning to give and receive the bars opens the door to receiving whatever you would like in life. Additional hands on processes--including some of the most dynamic ones--are included in Foundation and Level One. Many additional processes are now taught in a separate amazing class called (ironically enough) The Access Body Class.Access Founder Gary Douglas has found that consciousness creates healing, rather than the other way around. (It can happen that people who experience the healing of Access without consciousness never are seen again in class.) Beyond being a yummy experience for your own body, these classes heighten your awareness to what is possible to do in changing the world with the energies that are available to all of us who are willing to learn.  Steve Comer is now teaching these classes, sometimes solo and sometimes with Gary or Dain. He just presented a dynamic class in Rome, Italy, and now is presenting with Gary in Houston April 17-19. With Dr. Dain Heer's Energetic Synthesis of Being Class, the Body Class is one of those that Gary considers to be essential to anyone choosing to become conscious. Experiencing the changes that can occur when we use the energies to faciltate healing in others' bodies is a giant step to experiencing the potency we are in every area of our life.

Access Schools Begin in Queensland, Aus.,
or The $67 that made a grown man cry!

Tyler Andrus, a 12 year old from California, raised money for the Access schools by making origami cranes and selling them at a Christmas crafts fair. When he gave the proceeds to Access founder Gary Douglas, it made Gary cry that a kid would be so dedicated to creating schools where children aren't forced to deny their own knowing.
Gary knew then and there that the Access schools had to happen, and now!
In February, the first school (officially a home schooling project) started in a large house in Queensland, Australia. It's housed in a self contained room in an Access Center in the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland, Australia. It currently has 9 students with more on the way!
Access True Knowledge Foundation has been generated to fund these schools around the world. Sales of the book, Conscious Parents, Conscious Kids (available on the Access website) benefit the ATF. For more about Access True Knowledge, you can visit its website.

What if We Got it Backwards?

Few would argue how amazing our bodies are. From the moment of conception they  are a unique multiprocessing, multifunctional organism. Our bodies continually gather what they require to grow, mend, and exist. Without thinking, we inhale and exhale. We don't have to set a clock or mark our calendars to remind ourselves to slough off a few hair follicles or ask our skin to continually replace itself. Amazing, right? Our bodies just take care of all that.
While it might be fair to say that we have an inkling of what our bodies are willing to do for us, have you ever wondered what are bodies are capable of doing for other people? What about the husband who has "sympathy" pains when his wife is pregnant? Is it really sympathy, or could it be that his body is actually providing some form of support for his wife and child? And how many people do you know that make you feel better just by being in their presence? In the past, you probably credited that "feel good" moment to their sunny disposition. Would you be willing to consider something else?
Instead of trying to heal our bodies, what if our body is healing us? If that idea isn't too far fetched for you, consider this--what if your body is trying to heal someone else's body? Some of you reading this may already have a sense of that happening, but have been unwilling or unable to acknowledge this. That's okay. What if there was a way to access what you already know? When Steve Comer, Licensed Facilitator for Access's 3 Day Body Class worldwide, asked its founder, Gary Douglas, what made the body processes for Access different he replied, "People kept coming back for more body work because whenever we worked on their body, other areas of their life changed."
