HYDRO HARVEST FARMS
Merry
Christmas!
Santa's Coming To Hydro Harvest Farms!
Free Crafts To Make!
Saturday Dec 18th

Greetings!

Baby it's cold outside, I have said that before and I'll say it again. If it doesn't get too cold and the berries are hanging in there, they will be the sweetest crop! We do have some beauties right now, they are slow coming, but hey good things take time, take care and take love. Actually for us Floridians this cool is not so bad. It feels like San Francisco in the summer, we know, we were there in August and it was this cold at times.

I hope everyone has noticed the issue about all of the water traditional farms need to freeze the berries and save the crops from ruin. Hey, we need the berries and these are farmers and families that count on a good bountiful crop. But, what happened to all of the suggestions as to how to not cause the draining of the aquifer and the causing of sink holes and dry wells for local families? It's funny when the crisis has past, we put what we need to do on the sidelines until the next time the crisis happens. Hydroponic Growing eliminates 80% of the water needed for growing crops. Hydroponic Farming either uses frost cloths and/or a fine mist to save the crop. Or better yet, when you have your own garden, you can just bring them in, it's as easy as that.

We love it when people find us and write something about us, or mention us in their News Shows. Channel 13 mentioned us this week . They were thrilled that we have live potted trees! This is important to many people. They also make a great memory for years. Also many people who are interested in the GREEN REVOLUTION find our farm fascinating to say the least. Chris DeArmond interviewed John for his website 2ndGreenRevolution.com . They say you want a Revolution.....

John is getting ready to do The Fabulous Fun Senior Connection. The Fun Fest and Jamboree is December 15th 9-2 at the Plant City Fair Grounds. 2202 W. Reynolds Street. Dancing, Music, Health Screenings, Bingo and Lots More! John and Hydro Harvest Farms will be there to offer a great lunch.

Don't forget the greatest Country in the world was built by citizens who stick together, believe in "we can do" and reinvent when changes need to be made. Our garden may be just a small cog, but that's how everything starts. Start small, think big!

Buy Local, your neighbors count on you and Buy fresh, it just taste better!

As Always,

Thanks For Picking Us!

HYDRO HARVEST FARMS NUTRIENT SPECIAL!

The nutrient solution is the most important factor in the success or failure of a hydroponic system. Most fertilizers commonly available in garden centers do not contain all of the 13 elements necessary for plant growth because the growing media usually provides many of them. Hydroponic plants receive nutrients from a different source; so it is necessary to use a fertilizer formulated for hydroponic systems. It is important to follow the dilution rate recommended on the label.
