Greetings!
Happy New Year! I know it's been difficult for many of our friends and relatives this past year.Sometimes things don't always turn out the way you think they should. I thank God everyday a stand in a line with food in my cart, that I am able to buy this food. Sometimes when things get tough, it only brings out the strength in us that we didn't know we had. It challenges us to rethink what we considered normal, and do something new and different. Trust in yourself and believe you can make a difference.
We are glad that our dream makes a difference. Eating healthy food, growing your own food and just spending an afternoon with the kids picking strawberries and veggies is fun and good for you. Our vision is now part of many other gardens and parks in the area. We have a display at Busch Gardens in the Conservation and Education Section by Stanleyville Station. We will have a display during Epcots International Flower and Garden Show . We will be featured at the Florida State Fair. Remember, anyone can sell you a golf club, but only someone that lives, breathes, plays the game can teach you how to play. We sell the gardens and we can teach you how to grow. Busch, Disney and Florida State Fair believe it!

Herb/Food Combinations
Here are some ideas to help you start combining fresh herbs with your foods.
BASIL - a natural snipped in with tomatoes; terrific in fresh pesto; other possibilities include pasta sauce, peas, zucchini
CHIVES - dips, potatoes, tomatoes
CILANTRO - Mexican, Asian and Caribbean cooking; salsas, tomatoes
DILL - carrots, cottage cheese, fish, green beans, potatoes, tomatoes
MINT - carrots, fruit salads, parsley, peas, tabouli, tea
OREGANO - peppers, tomatoes
PARSLEY - The curly leaf is the most common, but the flat-leaf or Italian parsley is more strongly flavored and often preferred for cooking. Naturals for parsley include potato salad, tabouli
