WHAT I CAN SAY |
 |
We know from the Law of Attraction that what we give attention and energy to becomes more prevalent in our lives.
We are encouraged to "Take 5" to line up our energy and intent as we begin our day so that we may draw more of what we do want into our experience.
This movie delivers high-vibration concepts that you can relax into every morning.

QUOTE
May your precious soul be watched over and protected each and every day of this new year. May you know yourself outside of yourself and may you see, even if just for an instant each day, how holy, divine and imperative you are.

GREETINGS
As we prepare to renew ourselves this spring...our spirit, our commitment, our faith, our attention to self...we are called to be purposely mindful of how we go about this. We are called to be mindful of what we need to let go of in order to emerge into our full purpose and power. We are called to be mindful of what our mission is on this earthly journey. We are called to be mindful that "thoughts become things" and that what we think about...talk about...give energy to frequently then appears in our lives.
I think of this as I listen to the news and read the newspapers about the economy, the government, crime, etc. And I wonder. I wonder just what our lives would be like...within our families, our communities, our state, our nation and our world...if we were all to be consciously mindful and purposeful about our lives. About how we respond to issues in our lives. About how we speak to ourselves and others. About how we interact with those that we love and those that we don't even know. About the things that we choose to give energy to and those that we don't. What would our lives be like? And if each one of us were to do this...think of the powerful impact that would be felt throughout the world. I ask each of you to spend a few minutes and think on this. And then decide for yourselves as you enter this time of renewal if there is anything in your interactions with your world that you will choose to do differently.
Happy Spring

| THE ART OF DELIBERATE RENEWAL |
by Elizabeth Stahl
Today is the day to remember my greatest vision of myself, today is the day to rebirth my self with the Spring. All the seasons have their teachings but springtime is by far the most inspiring. In summer we are active, hot and fiery, it is the most passionate and energetic time of year. The autumn comes reminding us to gather our harvests, to celebrate the abundance we have reaped and to prepare for the long nights ahead. The winter is our sacred time to rest, to incubate, to sleep, to ponder life and restore our inner strength. And then Spring, beauteous Spring, our greatest mirror and metaphor for the rebirth of life. This is the time of awakening, blossoming and opening, the time for creativity, play and pleasure; as the world is a flutter with flowers and color, the beauty of Spring inspires us towards our true potential, our ability to bloom and grow. Like the seeds of a flower, we incubate during sleep ready to blossom into fullness upon awakening. Every morning we awaken to a new day and a new way to think and act out our lives. In fact every moment of everyday we have the freedom to choose who and what we want to be.
To re-create your life, to rebirth to the greatest aspects of yourself you can begin by asking yourselves three basic questions.
These questions begin with "In my deepest heart".....
1) Who am I? 2) What do I want? 3) Who do I want to be?

| PRESS THE "EASY BUTTON" & THEN... LET GO |
by Sue Uda
When life seems hard, look for the easy button and press it. It is always there and available to you. Some individuals make life more complicated than it has to be. Some people like the challenge and adventure of it all. And then there are some people who think life has to be hard, because they were taught as they were growing up that "nothing in life is easy" and "you have to work hard for what you want" and "all good things come with hard work and struggle". If you think this is the way it is supposed to be, then you will find yourself in tough situations throughout your life. If you can change your thinking to say that "all situations are here to serve me and teach me", and that "I deserve a wonderful life filled with joy, grace and ease", you will find that your life will flow more smoothly and you will see the "easy" in your life. This does not mean that you won't find yourself in tough situations and that you will live a life with no problems. It simply means that you choose to simplify what is in front of you, and choose to see it as merely a part of life - not a hard part of life. The next time, something hard presents itself, press the easy button, and start to enjoy the grace, ease and beauty of life. Now, that's Powerful!
