| CELEBRATING FREEDOM

GREETINGS
July 4th-Independence Day. During this time when we traditionally celebrate political freedom, I invite you to also think about "inner freedoms" such as freedom of choice; freedom from guilt or shame; freedom from fear; freedom from any perceived limitations in your life. As you think on circumstances in your life I encourage you to listen to your heart's answer when you ask yourself this question: "What would my life be like if I could break free of thoughts, situations or circumstances that I have allowed to limit me?"
As you read this issue of the newsletter I ask you to accept within your heart that each of us has the ability to radiate the innate love, joy and divinity that resides in the center of our Being and in this, we become totally Free.
May this be your Independence Day, your personal Time of Freedom, no matter what the circumstances in which you live.

| PERSONAL DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE |
By virtue of the inalienable rights of my birth as a Child of the Universe, I claim the following freedoms to be self-evident and uncontrollable by anyone or anything other than myself.
- I have the right to experience Joy.
- I have the right to speak my Truth.
- I have the right to listen to my heart and to make choices about my life that are for my highest good.
- I have the right to choose empowering perceptions; to find the gift in any thought, feeling or situation.
- I have the right not to have to ask permission to do anything.
- I have the right to feel worthy and cherished without seeking anyone else's approval.
- I have the right to love myself Just As I Am.
- I have the right to choose Faith and Love over fear. I have the right to shine and live as the wonderful, loving Being that I am.
As we honor Freedom this month, we are challenged to commit to ourselves our intent to nurture and sustain our personal freedoms. This special version of the Pledge of Allegiance is meant to support you in this activity.
I Pledge Allegiance
I pledge allegiance to breaking the self-imposed barriers of my humanness. I recognize that my time on this planet is precious and limited. Every day is a canvas on which I can create. Everyday is an opportunity for me to move in the direction of the dreams and the expanded vision I feel inside. By setting aside petty grievances, past mistakes, righteous anger and my broken story, I pledge to move forward and embrace the experience of freedom right here and right now.
I pledge allegiance to the expression of my spiritual honesty. I fully own the fact that my presence here in this body and on this earth is a celebration of uniqueness and importance. Creation makes no mistakes. I am a creation of life, of a higher power, of perfection. My reason for being here matters in the grand divine plan. I must be honest with my contract of life and walk the path of my destiny with conviction, purpose and grace.
