| EASTER GREETINGS |

 It doesn't really matter what religion we are; it is the symbolism surrounding this holy time that is sacred and all important. The Resurrection shows us that even from the darkest hour can come renewal and perhaps miracles.
Easter is a time of love, of family, and of peace. It is a time when we say a quiet "thanks" for all that we have and for all that the future holds.
Easter is a feeling in our hearts of hope, faith and trust. It is a day of miracles; a time of retrospection for what has been, celebration of what is and anticipation of all that will be.
May we each move into a moment of stillness within our hearts as we consider the invitation that this season offers us. We are invited to embrace each other with forgiveness and unconditional love.
During this season of Forgiveness, be powerful enough to become peaceful and quiet. Be powerful enough to affirm that there is one presence, one power in your midst which is helping you and guiding you. Your connection to Spirit is your one and only source.
We see in the story of Jesus the ultimate sacrifice for love. As we each take a moment to go within, may we ask our hearts the question: "What am I willing to do for those that I love?" In every interaction, in every relationship, may we stop to consider: "What would Love do now?"
We are called to remember---He changed our lives with His Power, His Presence, His Love. And He said to us: "You can do all this and more."
Let the celebration of Resurrection, Rebirth and Renewal carry us each day in Peace--in Joy--In Love.

For those of you who are unaware that I work with animals, I wanted to share with you how this exciting journey unfolded. In December of 2001, I was divinely led to include animals in my healing practice. During a "second opinion" appointment with one of my own animals with Dr. David Brunner at the Broad Ripple Animal Clinic, I had an overwhelming "nudge" to ask him if he would ever consider doing Reiki for Animals out of his clinic. Within a few days and with much enthusiasm, Dr. Brunner called and opened this door for me and gave me the approval to offer this healing work to animals out of his clinic. For the past 6 years I have had the privilege to work with Dr. Brunner in surgery with the animals as well as seeing animals independently in the clinic for a variety of illnesses/problems.
I am happy to announce that a dream of mine has come true. Dr. Brunner is opening a Wellness Center for animals that will offer not only Reiki Healing but a wide variety of Holistic and Integrative Services. Broad Ripple Animal Wellness Center will open March 17, 2008. I will be available for Tuesday and Friday appointments.
