Both were presented with one refinance proposal only to be induced to sign agreements that were substantially more onerous than initially presented. Clients were unable to read the agreements and relied on the representations of the loan broker. Both believed taxes and insurance were included in the payments and now fear they will be unable to pay taxes and insurance. PLC can provide an interpreter if needed.
