• A woman that expects to "sightsee Colorado or hit the shops" (you will be at the retreat center the whole time and won't get back into a car for days).

The Horseshoe Lodge

This retreat will be held at the Mountain Park Environmental Center at Horseshoe Lodge in Beulah, Colorado. Located in a 611-acre park that connects to thousands of miles of National Forest lands, the lodge has 11 rooms; 4 have private baths, the other 7 have shared detached baths. The rooms all have beautiful linens and are "Nature-Art Inspired".  They each have a Nature name that will magically support your process while on retreat. Your lodging is included, as are the 3 wonderful, healthy meals served each day. Fruit, nuts and healthy snacks are available between meals and coffee and tea are always offered. You will get inspired about eating healthy after eating here, and many women have said this is the best food they have ever had while on a retreat.  

The fee includes your lodging, 11 meals           (dinner Saturday through breakfast Wednesday) and your full coaching retreat program. Take a Tour 

Plus as added value there will be a pre-retreat group coaching call and a post call to support your intention-setting and action plan.

Your only other cost is transportation to and from the Horseshoe Lodge.

If you are flying, Coach Helene recommends you fly into the Colorado Springs airport (COS) and take the MPEC shuttle at the cost of $125 roundtrip. The shuttle provides door to door service, and they provide you luscious real food to eat enroute for the 70 mile drive. This is the easiest and most affordable option and you will love how wonderful this makes your retreat travel experience! You will feel so pampered!  

You will need to book your shuttle directly with Dora at guestrelations@hikeandlearn.org but do not book your flight until 2 things happen first  

1. Coach Helene confirms the minimum number of paid registrations have secured;  

2. Dora tells you the specs on flight arrival and departure times (otherwise you will have to provide your own car transportation).

So what this means is: wait before you book your flight, ok? 

What this will cost you: (remember this includes everything - room/ meals and program!) All rooms assigned on first register basis.

3 options to choose from: 

1. Private room with private bath $1480            
2. Private room with shared detached bath $1280     
3. Shared room with shared detached bath $999     (you must provide a roommate for this option); only 4 double rooms available so call up a woman you can enjoy sharing a room with!

IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL

Your deposit of half of your fee is non-refundable. This makes you committed to coming. If other people in your life come up with events on your retreat days, this will compel you to say: "I am gone on retreat at this time." Non-refundable deposits are about committing to your prosperity work. Amazing things begin to happen when you commit to yourself. (You probably already know this!)

If you cancel after Oct 1st AND after paying the balance in full, and I can fill your place, I will refund everything minus $300. If I cannot fill your spot, I cannot refund any monies due to the contract with MPEC. ( yes, it takes money to make things happen!) 

I recommend you buy www.travelguard.com insurance to cover the cost of your travel plus retreat in case something comes up and you cannot come. Prospering Women are well insured.

But I really need to make money and grow my business. Will this retreat help me do this?

Answer from HVM: Hmm. The Prospering Woman work is all about your growing your abundance IQ. There is more to growing a business than just the linear path of development. It is an alchemy of listening to the marketplace, honing your skills and marrying them with your passions. You may learn something on this retreat that will change the course of your work life and although it may not be what you expected, you may end up being the Prospering Woman you have always wanted to be. Can I guarantee you that you will become more business successful? Obviously not. What I can guarantee you is this: you are going to grow, learn, and have the chance to do the inner work that your regular day to day life (and other programs you've attended) may not give you. My retreats cultivate abundance in women no matter what their goals. I know about moving into abudance and will walk that path with you.   

More Q and A's

What will the weather be like?  November's air can be brisk with possibly snow but the dry climate turns into warm sunshine most days. Colorado weather is gorgeous in late winter.

I am worried about the altitude! The altitude measures 6800 ft. You acclimate within 24 hours. Drink lots of water and go easy the first day and most everyone does fine. 

I eat gluten free and have other dietary issues! Our kitchen will work with your dietary needs. You are going to be happy. 

I have been in a funk...is this retreat right for me? Women go through changes (sometimes this includes rivers of tears). If you are experiencing major depression, then this is not for you. If you are seeking to rise up and make a shift, then no problem. 

I need a lot of quiet time as I tend to be an introverted person. I am worried about too much group time. Don't be. You can claim all the quiet you need and spacious time for alone time is factored in. 

Help me: should I get a private room or share with my friend (or sister/daughter/colleague?)  Having your own space is always recommended for a retreat. Claim this for yourself. 

I am not that big on journaling or writing, is this retreat right for me?

Come where you are at and together we will create a collage of success for you. You don't have to " be " anything to attend this retreat - except open to learning new ways of being and thinking.  

Can i get a massage?  Yes, MPEC has some wonderful bodyworkers at the rate of $75 for 75 luxurious minute. You can book these ( optional) upon registration and it will highly support your process. 

Can I make 3 or 4 payments for this retreat? Not for this retreat, sorry. You can pay in full or 2 payments - email Coach Helene here to set up the payment plan.
