A Silent Auction Success

On Sunday, November 11th, AYPO hosted a lively Gala & Silent Auction immediately after our Cultural Connections concert at George Mason University.  The fun-filled afternoon began with spirited music, delectable food and wine, and great fun as guests bid on a variety of auction items, from jewelry & art to elaborate vacation packages.  Those who attended the fundraising event also had the opportunity to meet and speak with guest artist, auction basketXiaohui Ma, and Music Director, Luis Haza, sparking wonderful discussions about the concert and AYPO's educational orchestra program.  The good food, great conversation, and competitive auction bidding made the Gala & Silent Auction an enormous success!

AYPO  would like to thank all of the donors, volunteers, parents, musicians, & every person who contributed to this fundraising event. Your support makes all the difference in the lives of our young musicians, and gives future musicians a chance to excel in the program on many levels.

Thank you for your continued support of AYP Orchestras. We hope to see you at the performances!

Sincerely,

Michelle Wallace
