Ensemble Avalon, now on its first North American concert tour, is widely regarded as one of the finest chamber music groups of its generation in Ireland today. They are the ensemble in residence at Trinity College Dublin.

The Bog Band

 

Post-concert audience reception in the church social hall: traditional Irish music by Pete Moss and the Bog Band.

 

The Bog Band is a talented group of young adults with a passion for Irish music and dance.

 

The band leader Pete Moss (aka Mitch Fanning), will launch a new Irish fiddle program at the Washington Conservatory at Glen Echo Park, in March 2012.

Pay-As-You-Can Policy

 

It is very simple: we believe that everyone, regardless of financial situation, deserves to hear outstanding live music. And we believe in the honesty of our audiences. Some can pay $40 to $100, as they do in major area venues. Some can pay much less. Everyone hears the same world-class concert. Seating for concerts is on a first-come basis.
