We're enjoying the sunshine and warmer days...and I'm sure wherever you are, you are doing the same.  I'm excited to be back in Kansas City May 5-9th.  I'll be teaching Lenexa's Thursday night class, Covenant's Friday morning and then the workshop on Saturday...If you are available, I'd love to see you!

Congrats to our March Madness Winner:

Anna Grabian of Overland Park, KS
Thanks, Andrea Beyer for nominating your friend!

A Quote from Anna:

"Thank you! I love Yoga, but can not always get to a class. I'm excited to try Demystified Yoga.  Yoga has been such a help for me, relaxing after a long day, helping with neck and shoulder and lower back pain.  It really strengthens my body, but doesn't leave me all achy the next day."

Anna won a YogaXoga Demystified Yoga DVD Set, stay tuned for future giveaways!

Update from Arizona

We've moved into our new home in Phoenix.  Here are a few pictures.  It's a 1950's ranch style house. We live in an area of Phoenix called the North Central Corridor.  For those of you in Kansas City, it feels like a hybrid of Fairway/Brookside & Waldo.  We love the charm and character of the house and neighborhood and are getting used to some of the quirks as well.

We've meant at least 8 neighbors already and have enjoyed a few baked good welcome gifts!

My dear friend who lives in Alaska visited this weekend, so it was great to catch up and have our first house guest.

We have some projects ahead of us with the backyard and pool, but it's very livable while we chip away at those things.

I start teaching two classes at the end of April/first of May.  Both classes are in Scottsdale; one is a corporate class and the other is open to the public near 64th St. & Shea, Tuesday nights at 5:30 p.m. (for you snowbirds and those with friends in the area). For more details, just email me!
