Outlook 2007: Saving multiple message attachments
 
Do you sometimes receive emails containing multiple attachments? Would you like a quick way to save all the attachments at once to a specified folder? If so, this is the tip for you. Read on for the instructions - it's so easy!
 
Save multiple message attachments from an open message
 
Outlook 2007 Users
  1. Click the Message tab (if not already active)
  2. Click Other Actions, (located in the Actions group)
  3. Click Save Attachments. (see Figure 1)
  4. Click OK  to save the attachments (see Figure 2)
  5. Choose a folder location (see Figure 3)
  6. Click OK to complete the save

Outlook 2003 Users

In the open message, click the File menu and choose Save Attachments to begin the steps to saving your attachments.

1. Select the email in your Inbox
2. Click the File menu and choose Save Attachments
