Outlook: Message Options

Know your options...

When creating an email message there are many useful options available when sending an email, such as delaying the sending of an email to a future date and time, having replies to your email sent to someone else, requesting a read receipt, creating voting options (great for surveys) and much more!

Let's get started learning where your options are and how to use the Do not deliver before option!

Message Options

It all starts by creating a new message which will allow you to access the Message Options dialog box.

Today's tip is on how to schedule the sending of an email message for a specific date and time.

This is so useful in a multitude of scenarios. For example, what if you wanted to create a reminder email to send to your staff  but you don't want the reminder to be sent until a certain date and time. Use the Delivery Option to schedule the email.
