I personally take and recommend to all my
patients, the Homefirst® Omega 3 marine fish oils.
The Fatty acids in the Omega 3 DHA and EPA are
"essential" fatty acids because the body
cannot manufacture them and we must obtain them
through our diet.
They come from deep cold water fish that are
caught in the wild. The fish oil is processed in Norway
utilizing high vacuum Molecular Distillation. This
processing technique guarantees the production of
high purity EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fish Oils
and minimizes the presence of impurities. It is tested
to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants
(i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PCB's, dioxins, and other
contaminants).
