Gift Program
Greetings!

Wow, what an incredible two days I had during Raptor Weekend on September 11 and 12. Nearly 3,000 people came out to see the free flight presentations, to learn about birds of prey, and to hear how Audubon is protecting critical habitats throughout Rhode Island for raptors.

It was really fun.

But what was even better is that I had the opportunity to talk to so many people about Audubon and what refuges they hike and programs they attend. It was a real eye-opener.

It got me thinking. I felt I had to get a better idea of what YOU think about our refuges. Which refuge is your favorite? Which do you visit most often - and more importantly, are your visits enjoyable and what do you think we can do to make them even a better place to visit and hike?

So...

I have created a simple four-question survey that I would really appreciate you taking the time to fill out. Four questions...won't take any time at all. And, the information you will provide will be extremely helpful on letting us know about the usage of the refuges, how we can improve your experience, and how we can better manage the land for wildlife.

Four questions...honest, that's all!

Thanks in advance for doing this.  Please CLICK HERE to take this short survey.

Good Birding,
Jeff

How Green is Your Halloween?
Take this quiz and find out.

Once a Celtic celebration of the harvest and a new season, Halloween is now a little less spiritual and a lot more commercial; total up candy sales, costume shopping, and decorations, and it's an industry worth almost $6 billion a year. With that kind of consumption comes a hefty carbon footprint and an environmental impact that lasts long after you've see the last of those fun-size Snickers bars.

How green is your Halloween? Click here and take a quiz from Planet Green.
