On June 1st, we invite you to
put your kugl to the test. Bring your best
kugl (or bring your tasting fork) and join our panel of celebrity judges, including Pulitzer Prize winner Jonathan Gold (
Gourmet &
LA Weekly), Evan Kleiman (host of KCRW's
Good Food), Amy Albert (
Bon Appetit), Marvin Saul (founder, Junior's Deli) and Joshua Neuman (Publisher,
Heeb).
Kugl drop-off from 12 to 1 pm.
From 1 to 4 pm: kugl tasting, live music, oral history recording, and a family workshop. At Valley Cities Jewish Community Center (13164 Burbank Blvd., Sherman Oaks).
