And those purchasing their tickets through Yiddishkayt will receive a special invitation for an exclusive post-performance meet and greet, question and answer session with Mike Burstyn and the rest of the cast!

The Folksbiene National Yiddish Theatre, now in its 92nd year of continuing performance, makes its Los Angeles debut with its critically acclaimed and standing room only New York production of the musical revue “On Second Avenue,” featuring the original cast including star Mike Burstyn.

While bringing to new life many of the classic songs and scenes from the treasure trove of the Yiddish theater repertoire, (sung in Yiddish with English supertitles), the narrative, scenes, and many of the classic comedy routines are performed in English, making the show accessible for all.

“’On Second Avenue,’ the nostalgic musical about Yiddish Theater’s golden age, recreates the charm of that lost world beautifully.”
