 The first thing to consider when buying a vacuum cleaner is the size of your home. A mid size vacuum cleaner will handle most people's needs most of the time, a full size canister might be more appropriate for a very large house, where as the student in a dorm room or an elderly person with a studio apartment would need a smaller sized vacuum cleaner. The second thing to consider is what kind of flooring do you have in your home? With a considerable amount of carpet, you may want a high end upright vacuum cleaner since the suction power on these machines provides excellent value for money. If you have a mix of carpeting and wooden floors you will definitely need a canister vacuum which can go from carpeting to bare floors seamlessly. Do you prefer to use a canister or an upright vacuum? Some people have a clear preference for one or the other, and in reality either type can be made to work well for you Why is a hepa vacuum cleaner a useful tool for allergy and asthma sufferers? The word "HEPA" stands for "high efficiency particulate air" and in order for a filter to be rated as HEPA it must retain all particles .3 microns in size or larger at an efficiency level of 99.97%.  Volunteers in Loveland started stamping Valentine's from around the world with a special postmark Monday.
More than 200,000 people from 120 countries around the world mail their Valentine's to Loveland each year for a special cancellation stamp and message.
This year's message says: "Love From Cupid's Arrow; Comes straight 'n' True; From Loveland, Colorado; Direct to You."
Loveland calls itself the Sweetheart City. Officials said the remailing program is the largest of its kind in the U.S. The Valentine Re-Mailing Program is hosted by the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and run with the Loveland Post Office.
To receive the 2010 official valentine cachet and Loveland cancellation, put your pre-addressed envelopes affixed with the proper postage in a larger 1st Class envelope. Then mail it to: Postmaster - Attention Valentines 446 E. 29th St. Loveland, CO 80538-9998
Valentines are removed from the larger envelope at the post office. The Chamber of Commerce said to ensure delivery by Valentine's Day, U.S. destined mail must be received in Loveland by Feb. 8, Feb. 10 if in Colorado, and foreign mail must be received by Feb. 4. Proper postage must be affixed, especially foreign.
This is the 64th year the city will re-mail Valentines with a special cachet and postal cancellation hand stamped on each card by volunteers. |
